Browsed online for 10*10 tent, and the whole description and picture is about the full set of tent HOWEVER THE PRICE IS FOR THE TOPPER ONLY!!! Very Misleading advertisement TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES COMMUNICATING WITH THIS COMPANY NO RETURN and NO REFUND!!! BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH BANNERBUZZ!!

Nothing positive really to say.
I ordered the blue canopy tent 23August. It was an in stock item. The 7 September I was informed by email it was not in stock. I had to phone and re-order it in cream. I’m hopeful it will be sent and arrive in a timely manner. I’ll let you know. Thanks for asking.

Very disappointed with the service
It looks like I only bought the top without the frame but yet the item description described the frame very well. Now Bannerbuzz does not want to refund me after several weeks even though I haven't taken it out of its packaging.

Be warned.
This company gets 0 stars from me. I only put one star because it wouldn't allow to leave it at 0. Their promotion for a blue canopy tent came up showing pictures of the full structure of the tent and the pole assembly, and specifying how strong the poles were and how easy to set up the whole thing was. When I received my package, it was just the canopy so I asked to return it unopened and receive a refund. They refused so I asked to speak to a manager. No one has event called me or contacted me in any way other than through chat when I tried contacting them again and their answer has always been no return. I am completely dis-satisfied and encourage others to stay away from doing business with these scammers.

Deceptive Advertising and Sales
I ordered 2 units according to the ad that clearly stated the price to be $93.xx each and listed the canopy and frame, complete with specs and details. However, they only sent the canopies. When I enquired they said I had to pay extra for the frames. They then offered me a 15% discount if I ordered them, meanwhile on the website the public was offered a 30% discount. It is clear that the company is deceptive in its advertising and sales. I'm now considering taking this to social media and filing a formal complaint with the regulators.

Misled all the way!
Misunderstood what I actually ordered and when I contacted Bannerbuzz, was essentially given the brush-off... No, not happy and not satisfied ... a costly lesson, to say the least ... Well never recommend Bannerbuzz or order from them again ...
