Excellent quality product
Excellent quality for the price. Many competitors would have cost 2-5x more for same product. Getting changes made took a lot of back and forth as the chat, online platform and phone system were glitchy. Once I emailed with a rep it was sorted out quickly.

Misleading Product Pages and Ghosting
Bannerbuzz’s website is misleading when it comes to certain products and if they come with a stand or not. When I contacted Bannerbuzz with the concern after delivery they honestly just ghosted me and are not responding to emails. I will be going with a different company in future.
