Horrible customer service

The product showed up late. I paid 4 times the cost of the banner for express shipping to meet a deadline. It arrived late. I was told guaranteed shipping for Tuesday can also mean Wednesday. They refused a refund or even a part refund. Will never buy from them again.

Errors in production and handling should have been caught

Print / colour quality is good on all products. At checkout I was presented with "review design proof" for an extra fee, but now understand customers can explicitly request a complimentary proof in the checkout notes. Nevertheless, upside-down printing should have been caught in pre-production. Leave plenty of time to deadline.

So Happy with my new Business Cards!

My new business cards turned out exactly how I imagined them. When I initially placed my order, the attachment for the front of the card had not been included. So the team at Banner Buzz contacted me to fix the issue. I also called customer care as I was very worried that the cards would be sent out incorrectly but the rep that helped me spent time looking up my order, assuring me that everything was fine and that the changes had been made. I wish I had gotten his name because he was super professional and friendly despite me being in a bit of a panic. Highly recommend Banner Buzz and I will be reordering cards and other products in the future, with confidence that they are committed to producing a great product and customer service.
