I did not get what I ordered
the ordering process was confusing and i did not get what I ordered. I was super stoked that with the custom color option on the table cover i was ordering. I just need a simple cover with no text, but a specific color. I even chatted with support about how to achieve this. After being told to just keep going through the ordering process, I placed my order, optimistic that it would be what I was needing. but instead of getting a blue table cover, the one I received was completely white. Please respond to my review. I still need the other color and I want to make sure it turns out right this time. Aside from that, the product seems like a good quality.

A really awesome product
The Color and graphics were outstanding! The service and east of order we so easy. Thank you. If I could say one negative thing, the size of the round tablecloth was on the small size and I had difficulty getting the bottom over the feet of my table.

Would not order again
I ordered this banner almost a month before I would need it. I went back-and-forth with them to try to get the logo centered over and over, it was supposed to ship and I was supposed to receive it on Friday while I ended up not getting it until literally a week later and it was not in time for my event

Good service, color quality a bit off.
Getting them ordered and receiving them were fine. The quality was not consistent as we ordered 3 and a couple of them, when stretched the black was more of a dark gray in color. One was more black then the others so the color shade didn't match.

will never order from banner
will never order from banner buzz again. placed an order that seemed very straight forward, but received a call for verification at every step of the way -- even Betsy in customer service could not understand why all the questions, and why the order was not progressing. i have never been so anxious that an order would be fulfilled.
