They're the real deal
Hands down, these guys are the best. I've owned several businesses and had lots of banners and signs made. They are super responsive, cheap and help with modifying pictures so they are not blurry. Totally recommend them!

Flimsy and poorly made
The vinyl banners were not properly protected in shipment; they arrived full of creases and some folds. The quality of the stands is absolutely terrible. They will simply will not last for more than a couple of display sessions. The rear leg is actually too ling for the banner to stand properly.

Poor service
I received my stands and banners in good time and I was very pleased with the artwork. The stands both showed clear evidence of having been previously used but I was not overly concerned about that however, one of the stands had a faulty part and I raised the issue with Bannerbuzz and sent photos of the particular part within 3 days of having received my order. I was told that there were currently no spare parts and they would get back to me in due course. That is the last message I received back in November from the supplier and I am still waiting so I am not pleased with being fobbed off over a small spare part.

Good product / shipping issues
The product is good quality, but I'd recommend ordering it well in advance and not relying on the express shipping options. I paid extra for express delivery because I needed my order for an event. Part of it didn't arrive on the day, disrupting my production workflow. The company offered only 50% reimbursement on the extra shipping costs, when on my understanding I should have been reimbursed for it in full.

worst shipping experience

Very late shipping.
I was told several different arrival dates after purchasing and my items ended up showing up after my event date. I purchased priority shipping and they did not arrive in that time frame.

The thumbscrews for locking the
The thumbscrews for locking the lower hooks to the legs are really flimsy. The threads stripped in one and we had to permanently lock the lower hook to the leg with a screw. Given the price point for the stand this is a significant weakness with the product.

Wrinkled Completely
We were happy with the speed of delivery and how quick the turnaround was but overall the quality is not that good. The entire thing is wrinkled completely. It looks poor.

Problems
The banner itself is great, just a nice as the others we have bought. The adjustable stand is terrible. The others I have bought have been a bit cheap. This one is even worse! The legs fall out of the center holder. I will have to glue them on so it will work out ok, but I am amazed at how cheaply it was made.

Nice products, great value
