Banner broken, inaccurate printing colours & slow service
I've been trying to place an order for a double sided banner for 2 months now, and they have continued to disappoint me. When reviewing the proofs, I added amendments, waited 2 weeks for them to make the changes, and then they submitted the original proof. I added a comment saying they didn't make any of the changes I requested, and had to wait another 2 weeks for their response. Then, the banner finally arrived, and it was broken! The colours were also not printed to the same colours I submitted online. Extremely disappointed in this company.

One banner was damaged. They have replaced the bar but still awaiting info regarding damaged base hence the 3 stars

Bad service, arrived broken and unusable.
It arrives broken and unusable. The customer service cannot do anything to help, I needed to fo to my account to submit a complaint and that was 3 days ago, I have no reply. Terrible service. Not sure how I would feel about the product if I could have seen it not broken first.

Everything looks good, and the shipping arrived just in time. One small hitch
Everything went quite smoothly, the only hitch was the when we opened up one of the retractable banners the print tore free from the metal top edge. We taped it for the sales conference, but it was too bad.

Terrible Customer Service & Approval Process
I had the worst experience trying to get double-sided banners ordered for an upcoming show; not only was the service rep not helpful, he wouldn't listen to me when I explained what I was trying to order, and just kept telling me the same answer over and over again. After an hour of being on the phone, I finally gave up and canceled the order, and he didn't even care.

Deluxe Wide Basee DOuble Screen Roll Up Banner
We are using it for our job fair for our Home Health Care compnay and it is going to add a lot of color and cleanily and fresh looking atmosphere. We love it and can;t wait to use it at our job fair. Would definatley purchase from Banner Buzz again in future when needed:)
