Garden flags sent as ordered
I enjoyed designing my garden flags and found the software fun and easy to use. The price was also good.
A few issues though. After I submitted my artwork, they decided that my name was a spelling mistake and ‘corrected’. I sent in the modifications. Unfortunately they got it wrong the second time and for some reason the program wasn’t allowing me to make comments and request a new proof. So I had to contact customer service twice before it was right. That’s fine, they were helpful.
Another issue I had was that I signed up for text alerts. That’s great except twice I was texted at 4am and woken up.
Also, I had specifically chosen this company because I thought it was Canadian. But all the customer service was in India and the product was shipped from India. I do have to say it came very fast once the design was approved, especially given where it came from.
The flag was thinner and more transparent than I thought it would be. I am not sure if I had chosen two sided if this would have been different.
So overall everything is ok but I would likely not order again since I want to use Canadian companies.

Not as expected
Print quality is excellent, but the material is mesh, not the normal cloth type of garden flag. I would have liked the option to print on both sides but now I understand why. It’s a bit transparent due to the mesh but again, colours are vivid because of excellent print quality. Also, the flag came with an excellent quality stand which I didn’t expect/ didn’t know I ordered. . It fits the flag perfectly. Time will be the test to see how well both the flag and the stand hold up. One final thing: I was horrified by the ridiculously excessive amount of plastic wrap used to package the stand, and the roll of tape used on the shipping tube, as well as a separate plastic bubble envelope for the flag. A simply cardboard box and a bit of tissue paper would be much kinder to the environment.

Great Quality!
I wanted a custom garden flag and so I designer one in Illustrator (mind you I am very novice in this software). I made sure to follow template guidelines so my design wouldn't be cut off. I appreciated that they send you a proof first to review or to request changes. The colors matched perfectly. Very happy and would use this company again.

Fabric thin and translucent; shipping issue
When I previewed my order, it appeared that my design would be printed on a thicker piece of fabric. It turns out it was very thin and translucent, which made the design hard to see. I'll probably end up sewing another fabric panel over the flag to make it readable.
Regarding the shipping, I was unaware at the time of order that it would be shipped via FedEx, with a signature required for pickup at the FedEx store. I ended up having to redeliver to a neighbor as I was out of town.
I probably will not order from Banner Buzz again or recommend them to others.

Fabric poor quality
My banner for order number US268573861624892424 came today and I was super disappointed. The quality of the fabric was horrible - it is as thin as gauze! It also came crumpled, and would not straighten even though I misted it and tried to smooth it between two cutting boards. (I was afraid to try an iron) It is totally see-through and much thinner than a typical garden flag, and the printing is only one-sided.
Also, I was expecting the stand to come with a stopper for the top curve and a wind clip for the bottom corner.
This is going to look terrible in the 4-H fair barn at the county fair this week. Its embarrassing. It’s too bad, because I’m sure your company would have had several more orders from other families participating in the fair if the quality had been good. I had really hoped to give lots of business to your company, as you were one of the few banner makers I could find who makes its products in the USA.
I do have some good things to note: the image placement, color and size were all perfect, exactly as I sent in. It did arrive 2 days earlier than I expected, which was wonderful. The look and timing were right, the quality was the major fail.
I would be satisfied if the fabric were of appropriate quality (sturdy and not see through), and printed on both sides, as I indicated before purchasing.
