I ordered a banner for a small Farmer’s Insurance open house and it was perfect. Delivery cost more than the flag, but I received it quickly and it looks great! It’s just what I needed! I only wish I specified grommets on top only.

Great banners, great price
I recently purchased 2 banners and was impressed with the variety of templates and available graphics as well as the ease of design and ability to include my own graphics/logos. I originally submitted personal graphics that were too low in resolution for a big banner and when notified of this by Bannerbuzz, I was able to get better graphics to them that turned out beautifully. The first banner arrived rolled up but in a in a larger box and looked fine when we unrolled it. The 2nd one was rolled up too tightly in a small box and was very wrinkled. I contacted customer service and they emailed me a video on getting the wrinkles out with a blow dryer. That did not really work - maybe my blow dryer was too weak I just left the banner lying flat for a few days and it is better.

Im generally happy with the products
I love Banner buz, have been using them since 2012. I love the quality and how they always arrive earlier then estimated. However... Last year I received my banner folded and rolled, and it caused my banner to have small tears in the middle on the folded line... I let it go because as above I love banner buzz and thought it was a one time thing... But I just received my order 2 days ago and the SAME thing happened... Not only are there tiny tears on the folded line, but the guy who put together the logos for my logo wall didnt tell me the MAIN logo in the middle was blurry and would need a higher resolution image .. So now I have a sponsor wall with the event logo so so blurry. Lets see how my Red Carpet event gose this year with a blurry logo. Other then that everything else is perfect.

I love this product
I was searching on internet what I need and finally found bannerbuzz. I did my design and submitted for print, and was asked to review my draft as there were some red spots and asked me to upload better pictures. But I did not have better picture and replied to print as it is. Since I need the product within a week, then I check the status of the product, I chatted online, and reminded me not to worry. I was informed that if the product do not arrive on time, I can ask for refund. But the product arrived on time with the good quality of print. I love the product.
