I ordered some lettering (modifying a sign) and designed it on BannerBuzz's template. The letters I wanted were 2" high, but when the order arrived the letters were 3-½" high (the crew maximized the letter size to fill all the space in the template). I contacted BannerBuzz and they redid the order with no hassles. Great company!

I live in a big city in Canada, and do you think I could find 8 inch acrylic letters to buy. I tried Home Depot, Lowes, printing shops. So I had to order them on line. That is when I found Bannerbuzz. It was simple placing the order on line, and quick shipment made it a breeze. The letters were exactly what I wanted and look great. Not to mention the cheaper price then other sites.

The service and quality from Banner Buzz is fantastic. Selected the express shipping and it was exactly that! Chat service was great in determining what it is that I needed. The product was very easy to install once I watched a video or two, which definitely aided the process (I suggest this...). Dont try to do this without the right tools. It is not hard, but do yourself a favour and get: a blade, large squeegee, small scraper, spray bottle with soap and some masking tape. Dont waste your time without these...
Had some lettering made up for the wall in our business with focus words for 2018. Was easy to design and order, received them quickly and they went up perfectly. So much better than a printed piece of paper. Very happy. (Bought the little tool to help - worth the extra few dollars)

The letters were formed exactly as requested. They were small, detailed and difficult to produce but I received a great outcome.
Product was exactly as we designed and looks great on the wall. Some of the letters were hard to remove from the backing but not a major issue.

Product received was good quality. Unfortunately, it had been scaled up to fill the 18” width of the sheet. I decided to make do, but would have preferred it be the size I submitted.

incredible effort getting our design right, very prompt corrections and very prompt delivery. proid Need instructions included only thing but I am sure they will fix that up.
Unfortunately our lettering arrived folded, making application very tricky. However, we've received great customer service in rectifying the situation so will continue to use Bannerbuzz for other projects.

Was super easy to design on website and delivery was right on time. Only one concern sign was quite rumpled not rolled evenly. Have not applied yet so will see how it goes!
Side window wording turned out great but I thought it was going to be on the inside of the window, but looks fantastic otherwise. Had lettering on clear vinyl for the back window not what I thought it was going to be either, but that is alright, I will try it again, never specified that I wanted it for the inside, next time I will. Just not the right application for my needs.

Great product that looks great
I bought a few copies of our logo to install on some of the employees car and to be honnest, if it wasn ;t for the great pricing aspect, I would give 2 stars... The bigger part of the logo was fine but as soon as you have smaller lettering, (3/4 ) the font of the letters were not clean/respected...I had to re-touch each of the stickers on the smaller letters so they would look good. In some cases, the letters were not placed properly....
