Good hard casing.

Although one of the casing appeared to be damaged from the shipment. Overall the equipment inside was intact. The overall design is great.

Received cracked

Support has been terrible with trying to resolve this issue. I cannot get an answer on whether this item can be used for shipping displays or whether it needs to be boxed up or not. I assume it CAN be used for shipping since it states for transportation, but if so, it is very flimsy.

Arrived broken and CSR won't provide any resolution until 2-3 days. It was bought for a tradeshow

Received the backdrop and case to hold the backdrop for a display at a conference. Noticed the case was cracked at the top. Online chat was horrible. All they do is send it to another team and you have to wait 2-3 days for a response on what the resolution is. I asked questions on if this case was meant to be used to ship direct and continued to get canned non sensical responses, that was not answering the question. Price was good, but don't expect any help at all if their products are damaged. Also, why are some of the reviews talking about squeegees?

Disappointing customer service

Horrible customer service. Sent me a damaged product. I sent pictures as soon as it arrived. They are trying to claim it was damaged by the carrier but the item is broken in such a way that it had to be damaged before it was shipped. Now they are wasting my time with email after email instead of simply allowing me to exchange the item for an undamaged one.

Defective product, no response

The case doesn't close, the latches on either side were installed too far apart. This is an obvious defect that the person packing the case would have noticed as the top was only balanced on the case. I called to request a new one or a refund and the automated system hung up on me after directing me to chat where the minimum wait was 3 hours last time and no one ever replied. I could not be more disappointed with this purchase, company or its customer service.

Don't use BannerBuzz - absolutely terrible!

I work for an airline. We would have purchased many products from Banner Buzz. I ordered two shipping containers. The first one came and was slightly smaller than we wanted and we wanted to exchange for a larger one. We would've spent more money -- but they wouldn't let us exchange it. Then, our second one arrived and it is BROKEN. It is cracked and not usable for shipping. I emailed the company and they want video of the product, photos (this one is understandable), photos of the packaging, the packaging labels. The employee who opened the box threw away the packaging and then realized the shipping container was broken. I'm hoping they'll replace it, but I still will NEVER deal with this company ever again. Hoping I can help save another company from thinking this is the place to buy their office needs from!

Not big enough for cloth cover

The case hardly fits the cloth cover which doesn't make sense. Other than that it's good quality and came quickly.

Solid hard case podium.

Looks great and very sturdy. The locks secure the top very well. There is enough padding on the inside to keep the pop-up from getting damaged during travel. there is no signage on the container which make it good to hide under a podium cloth or small table cloth and it use it as podium. Large enough to all you fabrics and the pop-up, but small enough to fit under a table runner to hide.

Good case. But the sizing

Good case. But the sizing is too big for commercial travel. The fact that this is a travel case and is considered oversized by over travel is counterintuitive. We had to pay excessive fees to check this with an airline in the United states. If you plan on flying with this it's a bad idea. You need to ship it via ground to your shows.

Easy and Amazing Quality @ a Fair Price!

I had some special design needs and they got it right very quickly. When the delivery came is was amazing quality. The price was very competitive and reasonable in my opinion. I will be ordering from them again. You should as well, they will not disappoint.
