Quick and professional service. The graphics team responded less than 24 hrs during the Christmas Holiday which I did not expect such a quick response. The graphics needed an upgraded resolution to print. The final product was received with days after the proof approval. Both the banner and stand are of good quality. The stand is very easy to assemble and came with a carrying case. I will definitely use their services again.

Great Quality and Great Price!
I was initially a bit apprehensive about placing an order with Banner Buzz due to some less-than-positive feedback I had come across. However, I can confidently say that my experience with them has been nothing but positive.
The items I ordered were delivered on time exactly as indicated on their website. Navigating their website was a breeze, and I appreciated the approval process they had in place. They informed me that some of the graphics might not fit the banner correctly, and I was able to make revisions and approve the final design.
To my surprise, just two days after approval, my order was delivered right to my doorstep. The print quality was exceptional, and the stand provided was sturdy and reliable.
In light of my positive experience, I'm somewhat taken aback by the negative feedback others have reported. So far, my interactions with Banner Buzz have been excellent, and I plan to continue ordering from them in the future.

Good quality banner and hardware
Good quality with storage bag, lightweight and easy to assemble.
Expect some wrinkling to the banner that is difficult to avoid.

Love it!
The banner stand is great, sturdy and lightweight. The printed vinyl banner is very good quality also. Can't wait for our next gig so we can use it. The company were very helpful during the printing process and changing the proof for us when we altered the layout slightly. Thank you.

Great Quality Banners
Delivery within 3 to 5 working days was spot on, but the tracking link to the courier site didn't work, so had to use BannerBuzz Live Help online and surprisingly the package arrived just after I'd queried its logistics status. Will definitely use again for future events.

Don't buy this stand!
If there is a cheaper banner stand you can buy I haven't seen it. This thing is so cheaply made it's unreal! The printing that BB did looks great. The banner is great. The stand is a complete piece of junk! I ordered two. Both came broken. The entire stand depends on a small plastic bracket to hold it all together. They didn't even survive shipping and they were packed extremely well. Skip this and save the frustration.

The order came quickly, but my signs were printed in the wrong orientation, which makes me wonder if it was them or me. When I went to the design page, everything looked correct there, but it wasn't printed the correct way. So, every disappointed with what I had to pay and the product I received

Save your energy and money.
Banner Buzz is simply not reliable. Don't even waste your time purchasing any products from them. You won't get them on time, these Korean banners are poor quality, their customer service is way below standards and you'll have to pay extra for their mistakes.
I paid for priority shipping and got these after our event ended and the team was no longer there to retrieve them.

banner
i am very satisfied. there was a mistake on my items, i over looked it when i was asked to confirm acceptance. Nevertheless, they replace it with a new one and they even paid for the UPS delivery. i am very impressed and would sure place another order in due course and i can recommend Banner Buzz to anyone.
