Confusing ordering
CHECK TO MAKE SURE HARDWARE IS INCLUDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Despite it saying it is it in the description doesn’t mean it is. Had to order separately and much more expensive. Will hesitate ordering in the future for the unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

Didn't get what I bargained for
I purchased a "green screen" from this company, and they had the nerve to ship me a container for a green screen without the green screen. I called and emailed them countless times, only to be politely told that I had to select that I wanted a green screen even though the item is called "Roll Up Green Screen Portable Background" How ridiculous?! Why would anyone buy a green screen portable background without the green screen? Anyone except this company, Banner Buzz, knows how absurd that argument is. Every time they have responded to me, they politely told me, "sorry, you didn't select a green screen when you ordered your green screen, that's why you don't get one." Then they had the nerve to offer to ship me another one, with the green screen, at a 30% discount, rather than just sending me what I ordered to begin with at no additional cost. They are fraudsters and crooks and know nothing about customer service. Moreover, whatever you order from them takes 3-4 weeks to get because they ships everything on a slow boat from India, so be prepared to wait for whatever you might order from them. There are so many better options out there, so why would anyone use this company? Steer clear of them and their products is my recommendation

Missing Pieces and Unusable
I purchased back in June and unfortunately due to ill health and other issues, I hadn’t been able to get it out the box and set up. I just assumed everything would be included and ok (which wasn’t smart but I had a lot going on at the time so it wasn’t a huge priority to me). I went to finally get round to setting it up today and all I have is the screen, pole and carry case. I believe there should be two metal parts, an “S” shaped hook and some longer metal piece with a triangle end on it. Neither of these parts were included so the screen is virtually useless and unusable as it’s unable to stay up. It was a custom made size and I’ve literally just wasted nearly £100 for nothing. Would not use this company in future or recommend. Obviously I can’t contact customer service due to the duration that I’ve had the item in my procession. Really disappointed.

Not fit for purpose! False advertising.
The green screen pull up banner was advertised showing a person on their laptop using the pull-up green screen in the back ground. This is false advertising as the banner does not provide adequate coverage to provide a green screen background. I have tried multiple times to get a refund but have been declined even though the product does not do what is shown.

Great Product including Carrying case, Initial ordering and printing approval contact needs simplification as does phone contact, although problems were solved promptly. Turnaround was therefore very slow. Fed Ex in Australia is delivery and contact after tracing abysmal. I would never use them myself. I had to collect myself and they were difficult to find.

Directions sucked and the fact
Directions sucked and the fact that we had to glue the banner to the bar was ridiculous. Should just come all ready to go and be pulled up.

Disappointed!
Very disappointing. Did not come with the roll up green banner (which is what it was actually called!) My husband who is very handy at putting things together spent ages on this (difficult to understand instructions). The internal spring ended up breaking as he tried to erect the pull up banner. Ended up throwing it all in the bin! As you can see, still frustrated….

roll up green screen missing a part
After my product travelling from India via Dubai to Singapore to Sydney to Singapore to Sydney to Singapore to Sydney to Singapore to Sydney then finally to me in Melbourne it is missing the actual green screen and the top support. The fact I was not aware the product was coming from overseas was also disappointing as I needed it for a presentation tomorrow and at 5pm the night before I have no options. I ordered this 5 July thinking 2 weeks would be plenty of time not knowing it had to come from India.

Awful
I got my unit and no one knows how to install it. It is 4 feet wide and 8 feet high. I need to be a giraffe to install it. I have been with the support Chat (Should have phone support) for over one hour and nothing has been resolved. I was told it was with the so called "Concern Team" but the only thig I heard since my hour long Chat is Andrew asking me what is wrong and that I should use the Chat for support. Awful Service!

Pull up green screen 4' x 8'
It was unclear that I had to order the screen separate from the hardware. Beware! The attachment of the screen to the hardware was a nightmare! The instructions are awful. It is very curly material that has to be attached straight. Then the spring unwound. I called and no one could tell me how to fix it. I figured it out by myself. But, this was not an inexpensive solution. The screen is very nice, though.
