The step and repeat was
The step and repeat was great. The service was quick and efficient. The creases/folds in the vinyl were not acceptable, however, we got those out with a heat gun. Would definitely call them again for banners.

I love the product that
I love the product that was created, but the packaging was completely broken into and when I got the banner out, it had a lot of wrinkles and creases in it in one section that cannot be gotten out

Don't use this s*** house of a company. Ever.
Probably a bad idea emailing asking me to review my order when my order still hasn't arrived. But here you go: Firstly, you dont deserve the 1 star I had to give you to submit this review. I ordered a 6x6ft banner on 16th November for an event on the 22nd November. I chose the "express" shipping as the estimated delivery date was 21st. When it hadn't arrived by the 21st I was told Fedex is handling it now and it would be here on the 24th. 2 days after the event. Which was obviously useless. My order still hasnt arrived. Last I heard from Fedex it was being held in customs on the way from India. Sidenote. You should probably let Fedex handle all your customer service enquiries from now on. They are more professional and don't blatently lie about delivery dates. Hope thats helpful. I will never be using your s*** house of a company again.
