lack of communication with issues, lack of resolution. out £200 which working for a charity is less than ideal. would not buy from here again.

Excellent workmanship and help.
I am constantly amazed by the work this company does. They take adjusting my logo to a better format and the end product/design is better than what I expect. they truly work magic in everything I ask for. Started out with a simple banner, then car window stickers, another banner, food truck logo, and a redesign of 2 more banners which came out better than we expected, so we are now going to get redesigned business cards and other branding based on the banner, and other decals, stickers, flags ECT... These people do excellent work. I am so glad I found a good supplier in BannerBuzz. they let me run the business and they take care of the rough artwork to finished product. Thank you so much

Disappointed.
Arrived late despite paying a premium for express delivery. All products poorly prepared - arrived creased in multiple places. Facing mask not aligned properly. Really struggled to apply as a result and haven’t been able to remove/rectify the imperfections. Poor quality frosted vinyl with visible streaks throughout. Very disappointed. Would not recommend or use again.

The letters didn;t stick to
The letters didn;t stick to the window. I think they were too small and fiddly. I gave up trying in the end.

Poor Service
Poor service. The window sticker was packed poorly, all the corners were damaged and were covered by masking tape. The sticker got spoiled while straightening the edges tide with the tape.

Looks Perfect for our shop hours display
We needed some lettering cut out in white and applied to a window. the first order I had chosen improper options and the folks at BannerBuzz sent a new version that was exactly what we wanted, free of charge. Excellent service and product quality. We will be using them, again.

Feedback
Didn't appreciate the 3am phone call to clarify my order - clearly not a New Zealand based business. However, the follow up at a more reasonable hour did deliver the the result I was hoping for, so thank you. The call took 40 mins due communication difficulties trying to explain what I wanted. This could have been avoided if your website was a little more user-friendly. Trying to create something for a certain size without the measurements changing on me was frustrating i.e. put in the length and the width automatically changed when I didn't want it too. Understand things have to be made at a minimum size , but this didn't end of being a problem based on the final result. Otherwise I really like what you're able to do and will likely return!

A Classy Addition to my Doors
The frosted letter signs look great on my glass doors. They allow some light through, but the logo and lettering is still easy to see. I was afraid they wouldn't say on the window because they were so easy to attach, but it's been 2 weeks and they are still there! BannerBiz did a great job for me!

Terrible Instructions ruined Piece
I should have followed my gut, not the instructions included when installing this. Do not take the backing off if your piece is large, it instantly sticks to anything including itself and ruins it. Also, make sure the surface is wet, not slightly wet like the instructions say. I had to take it down and throw it out. A waste of time and money.

Don’t bother.
The product arrived with two clear folds across the paper - which resulted in creases in the lettering which cannot be straightened/set flat against the glass. This makes the product useless. I am experienced in applying vinyl lettering, normally a doddle. I wasn’t going to review but the over the top sales contact from bannerbuzz even after unsubscribing is relentless and a reminder of my useless purchase. 0 stars.
