Everything came how I did expect! I called few times,to clear up how I would like design,agents on the phone where always open for help and chat.!
It turn out beautifully!! Its put together very well. It's exactly what I ordered. I have had so many compliments on it. It's a little heavier than i expected but it will still work for what i wanted it for.

Out of six flags, three broke outside in one week in Canada. We had a minor freezing rain event with mild wind and I found two flag poles broken and one tension loop ripped -- three flags down. Other flags like these around town were fine. I was disappointed. If BannerBuzz would like to contact me, I would appreciate it.

The flag is awesome
Ordered car flags, process was relatively smooth and if you couldn't work something out I had access to help via a chat box every time I needed it and my queries were promptly sorted. The turn around time was exceptional given I ordered the flags a few days before Christmas and approved the final design on 24th Dec and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them by 31st Dec especially given the delivery date was for the 7th Jan. The product was of far better quality than I expected, I'm use to seeing double sided flags as being thin, but these are 2 flags sewn together with a good quality woven material that feels like it would last a very long time and withstand the elements quite well. They also gave me a great 1st time customer discount making the products even more affordable.

I'm not sure *anything* deserves 5 stars, but there's no flaws I can criticize in these 3' x2' flags: the colors look great and the flags seem to be well-made and durable enough to last for a while. If I need more in the future, I'd definitely come back to BannerBuzz.

I used the design tool to make some custom flags. The tool was pretty easy to use and the proofing process was quick. I got an express shipping promo and it arrived a day early! The flags are fairly sheer but it allows you to see the image on both sides. I would order again.

As expected
Ordered a teardrop banner for our practice as client's were having trouble finding our office. I was able to design my own quickly and easily online. The banner arrived way ahead of the expected date which was great! It appears to be excellent quality and with the water weight on the bottom it has not blown over at all.
The subject line is what we had you print on our desktop flags. They are perfect to use as planned - to let work colleagues know when we are not interruptible
